Good morning, Band Families,

This is a reminder that our very first performance of the school year is next week! We will share this event with our orchestra counterparts in what will be a great concert to kick off "spooky season!" This first concert on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 beginning at 6:30PM at the BHS Performing Arts Center (PAC). This is a required performance for all band and orchestra students.
Your band student needs to wear concert black attire (more formal, all black, "Sunday Best," follows BMS dress code) and is responsible for bringing their instrument and music. Students need to arrive at BHS between 5:45-6:00PM (no earlier, please as doors will be locked). Out of respect for all musicians, please plan to stay for the entirety of the concert.

On October 9, we will also be taking group and individual photos at the end of the school day (during 6th hour). If you would like your student to have individual photos holding their instrument, please have your student wear their concert black to school.
